Support Center for Civilians' (CIVIC) Efforts to Protect Conflict-Affected Communities Around the Globe.
Center for Civilians in Conflict (CIVIC) envisions a world in which no civilian is harmed in conflict. CIVIC is an international NGO that works in Iraq, Yemen, Nigeria, and all around the world to support conflict-affected communities in their quest for protection and strengthen the capacity of armed forces to prevent and respond to civilian harm.

Action: Support civilians first with a gift today at civiliansinconflict.org/give to help us protect civilians caught in war zones around the world and implement solutions to prevent future casualties. You can also subscribe to our podcast, Civilian Protection Podcast, to hear directly from people affected by war, the dangers they face, the choices they make, and what can be done to better protect them. In addition, during the next several years, conflict is expected to become more frequent, brutal, protracted, and fragmented. CIVIC has identified a number of overlapping trends that are driving changes in the nature of warfare. Read more here.
